New Cross Cariad II 01/08/2009
Anita Maj has been asked to play at the second all day Cariad, following their successful show at the first Cariad in July, as part of the New Cross Inn Fest from 28th to 31st August.

Sydenham Arts Festival Closing Picnic 11/07/2009
Anita has been asked back to perform another solo acoustic set after her successful solo sets on the Opening day of the Sydenham Arts Festival at the Dolphin Stage and Post Office Stage.
The set will take place at Mayow Park in Sydenham at 1pm.

Lewisham People's Day 07/07/2009
The final countdown has begun for the biggest festival appearance for Anita and the boys to date.
The Lewisham People's Day attracts crowds of 30,000 and with 2009 being its 25th anniversary - expect huge crowds.
The band will be sharing the stage with Short Skirtz, Edit/Select, The Kut, Sixty Second Silence and headliners Officer Kicks. Expect big things from all these up and coming new bands who are making waves all across London.

The Water Rats was a huge success and Anita and the boys' best gig to date so thanks to everyone who made it down.

Festival fever 29/05/2009
Anita will be playing at the Brockley Max Festival Opening night with special guest guitarist Matt Peyman on May 29th
In addition, she will be playing a solo set at the Sydenham Arts Festival on July 4th and an acoustic set with Alex at the Today Deptford Festival Unplugged Session at The Albany also on July 4th.
The full band will be playing at Lewisham People's Day July 11th onstage at 4pm.

First radio show for Anita and the boys on May 11th with www.playvybz.com DJ Wayne at 7pm, including live acoustic tracks.
They have also been confirmed for the Lewisham People's Day Festival on July 11th at 5pm. This is South East London's biggest festival attracting over 30,000 in 2008 - so come along and watch them and have a fun day out too.
Finally residency confirmed at the New Cross Inn for the first Thursday of each month starting July 2nd.

Anita has been busy songwriting and in the studio this month, recording three tracks.
The first track 'Out of Control' is on the music page, so check it out. The other 2 tracks will be put up in the following weeks.
Anita will also be playing the Laburnum Street Festival in July in Hackney again this year after a great set last year.
